We would like to take a moment to introduce you to our company and our products. We have been in the repair and training business, resolving leather and/or vinyl problems for over 20 years. We are a dedicated support team for your customer service department and warehouse staff. We assist with consumers who have expired warranties or have issues not covered by a warranty. We can evaluate complaints and guide your CSRs in determining whether the customer has a manufacturer issue or a consumer wear and tear issue.
We also offer repair products and touch up color, tailored to match any manufacturer. The color is a one step process that contains a primer and a top coat. All of our products are easy to use for technicians and consumer friendly. These products offer easy solutions for shipping or delivery damages, saving money and time, and in many cases alleviating the need for replacement parts.
If you are unfamiliar with making these repairs, we offer videos, training at our facility or in house training. Our training is designed to help save you money on parts and installation fees.
Pamela Villagomez is an Approved Certified Leather Instructor with the IICRC. Leather Solutions Int'l offers several types of training classes in the areas of: Leather Certification Course (LCT), Leather Repair, Restoration, and Color Mixing classes. Our certified leather program covers the history, identification, and cleaning of leather. Our leather repair class covers minor repairs (scuffs, cuts, and tear). Our restoration class covers restoring an entire piece of furniture. We explain all the products and how to use them. Classes are held throughout the year. Fees include instructor fees and travel expenses.

We are located in the heart of the furniture industry, Asheboro, North Carolina. Although we are in North Carolina we service the entire United States and many international countries.
- Do you do repairs?

We do repairs on leather items that can be delivered to us. We also offer services to help you save money by doing it yourself. Our products are easy to use, we have videos to help demonstrate the process, and we are available on the phone for additional assistance.
- What payment options do you accept and refund option?

We accept all major credit cards and checks.
Refunds are only given if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from processing. A credit card processing fee will be applied and deducted for the processing and refunding before the balance is refunded. Once the product has shipped there are no refunds. Refunds do not include repairs, training classes and/or travel expenses.
- How long is the typical wait?

This will depend on what you are ordering. If you are ordering color it typically can take the color lab 7-10 working days to complete your order before going to the warehouse for shipping.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Because our orders are custom orders, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been processed and/or shipped.
